Processing Time
All orders are processed and delivered in the first week of the month. You will receive the letter in the 1st to 7th day of the month. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via standard mail to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products, Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process.
